Project 60 Water is a Utah-based water systems company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented to work directly with our founders.
This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and keeps tasks moving without constant reminders.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain GoHighLevel contacts, pipelines, calendars, and existing workflows.
• Coordinate customer appointments, installation schedules, shipping updates, and outstanding paperwork.
• Calculate sales commissions, verify payment eligibility, and prepare payroll and contractor payments for owner approval.
• Support QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, including transaction categorization, account reconciliation, invoices, bills, and payment tracking.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Prepare a weekly report covering collections, upcoming installs, overdue tasks, and commissions owed.
• Document recurring processes and suggest practical improvements.
Requirements:
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• QuickBooks Online bookkeeping experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Reliable computer, internet, and backup connectivity.
• Availability for consistent overlap with US Mountain Time business hours.
• Ability to handle confidential customer and financial information.
Experience with US payroll, contractor payments, and commission calculations is preferred. Please clearly explain which responsibilities you can handle independently and where you would need training.
