Now Hiring: Kitchen & Bath Designer (Design Sales) Location: ProSource of Colorado Springs Base Salary $60k-$70k + commission. First year potential $80k-$90k Benefits package including: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance and 401K Location hours: Monday-Saturday 8am to 5pm- No retail hours! This is a showroom-based design and sales role where you help trade pros and their clients plan, design, and complete kitchen and bath projects.

What You'll Actually Be Doing This is a design, sales, and project coordination role.
- Partner with trade professionals and their clients to design and sell kitchen & bath projects
- Create layouts and quotes using Cyncly Design Flex software
- Guide customers through product selections and options
- Manage orders from quote through delivery
- Answer questions and keep projects moving forward
- Support the sales team and help grow cabinetry business
- Keep displays, pricing, and samples up to date
- Participate in trainings and events to strengthen customer relationships

What We're Looking For - 2+ years of kitchen and bath design and/or cabinetry sales experience
- Experience with Cyncly Design Flex software
- Comfortable with project management, sales, quoting, and order entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
- NKBA certification is a plus
- Degree in interior design is a plus
