STARR Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead The Pelican Club , Stephen Starr’s highly anticipated new Greek restaurant coming to Philadelphia’s iconic Rittenhouse Square.
Inspired by the glamour and energy of the Greek islands during the jet-set Onassis era, The Pelican Club will pair authentic Greek cooking and Mediterranean flavors with the transportive design, lively atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality synonymous with STARR Restaurants. Set in a nearly 9,000-square-foot space overlooking Rittenhouse Square, and designed by Ken Fulk, The Pelican Club will join some of Philadelphia’s most celebrated restaurants in one of the city’s premier dining destinations.We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic General Manager to build the team, shape the culture, and lead the restaurant from pre-opening through launch and beyond.
