Coordinated Entry & Outreach Specialist
The Mary Parrish Center (MPC) is a nonprofit human service organization that is dedicated to providing housing and support services for survivors who are homeless or in need of housing as a result of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and/or human trafficking. Our mission is to provide survivors of interpersonal violence and their children safe, accessible and compassionate housing with individualized care that promotes healing, autonomy and hope.
The MPC seeks a highly motivated and flexible individual to fill its Coordinated Entry and Outreach Specialist position. The Coordinated Entry and Outreach Specialist will provide housing first, trauma-informed, survivor-centered services to households seeking housing through our Domestic Violence Coordinated Entry (DV-CE). Coordinated Entry is a system-wide process which helps connect individuals experiencing a housing crisis to appropriate housing and support services. This is an exempt, full-time grant funded position, reporting directly to the Director of Programs.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary is $50,000- $55,000/year. Benefits include 100% employee paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, and generous paid time off (120 vacation hours starting, 120 paid Holiday hours, 32 PTO hours and 96 sick hours).
